So, like I was saying, Martha was our tour guide extraordinaire and she showed us all around the city of Arusha. I was blown away by the amount of advertising, especially billboard type, that I saw. We went to the Bamboo Cafe for lunch and I ate a delicious meal of vegetable curry and rice. I took pictures of my plate before and after, so I'll share those when able. I've been trying to be very careful about what I eat and mindful. For example, one of my staples at home - salad, is off limits here for me because of how it might be washed in water. So, I'm broadening the horizons of my taste palette as well. Yum!
