Oops...a little out of order! I forgot to tell you about dinner last night. We went across the street (from the Everest Guest House) to Kibo Palace for a fancy shmancy dinner. Remember how I said I was broadening my taste horizons...well, I got Penne Arriabata...BUT, that was because I was also sharing with two other friends. So, I also had Vegetable Stir Fry and Rice Pilau. Delicious! We shared some desserts too, the best of which was the banana split - so much for broadening those horizons, right.
