We ate dinner at the Impala Hotel and I had some more Indian food. Yum! Since Tanzania is right across the Indian Ocean, it and Zanzibar are well known for their spices, specifically curry. Curry Vegetables is one of my new favorite meals. The Impala has a melting pot of different food offerings. There is an Indian restaurant, Chinese, and Italian. So, some of our fellow travelers got pizza tonight too! In Tanzania, the thought is that you come out to eat to sit and enjoy the company of others, so service is what we Americans consider sloooow. But the food was delicious!
